Booking Confirmations
To confirm an individual accommodation booking we require either a credit card number or a deposit of the 1st nights accommodation.
To confirm a group or bulk accommodation booking, we require a name, address and 2 telephone numbers of the group contact. We also require individual group member names against units within the group, 6 weeks prior to group booking arrival date.
To confirm your desired dates for weddings & funerals we require a deposit payment of the sum set out in our Terms & Conditions. 2 weeks prior to the event date we require full payment of any food & beverage costs & additional equipment hire costs.
The above requirements, unless we state otherwise may not apply to conference bookings or repeat business where satisfatcory arrangements have been made.
